# DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

- Shipping is free for orders of **₺2,500 and above**.
- Your order will be dispatched within **1–5 business days** after it is placed.
- Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS by the shipping company within **24 hours**.
- If you are not available at the specified delivery address, your package will be delivered to the nearest branch of our contracted shipping company within **3 (three) business days**. You must collect your package from the branch within this period. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us.
